Duratuf Electrical Rubber Mats: An Overview
Duratuf insulation matting is made of highly-quality rubber compounds. They have high resistivity to electricity. Our insulating mat helps protect people from electric shock, short circuits, arc flashes, and other electrical hazards. Mexican industries, starting from the power industry to the manufacturing industry, install them to ensure electrical safety in the workplace.
Our electrical rubber safety mat is tested and certified. They are compliant with the IS 15652:2006, ASTM D-178, and IEC 61111:2009 standards.
IS 15652:2006 insulated ground mat:
Our IS 15652 insulated matting has three different classes, Class A, Class B, and Class C. They have 3.3 kV rubber mat, 11 kV rubber mat, and 33 kV rubber mat. There are dedicated classes for applications with different working voltages. The 3.3 kV rubber mat can withstand voltages up to 3300 V. The electrical rubber mat 11 kV provides insulation up to 11000 V. On the other hand, a 33 kV rubber mat can withstand up to 33000 V. They are available in black, blue, and red colors.
ASTM D-178 insulated ground mat:
Our ASTM D-178 compliant rubber mat for electrical switch room has classes 0 to 4. It has two categories, Type I and Type II. Type II electrical safety mats are ozone, oil, and flame-resistant. The standard color of these safety mats is black. The North American industries prefer using the ASTM D178 electric mats, as they are made as per their regional guidelines.
IEC 61111:2009 insulated ground mat:
The IEC 61111:2009 compliant insulating mats are categorized into Class 0, Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, and Class 4. They have electrical safety matting 1000 V to electrical safety matting 36000 V. They are available in black color.
Look at some key features of our electrical rubber mats:
- Anti-skid: Out insulating mats have anti-skid properties. They have a textured surface that prevents physical accidents caused by slipping or falling.
- Customization availability: You can tailor-make your electrical safety mats according to your industrial requirements. You can customize their colors, size, thickness, and others.
- Anti-fatigue: They offer comfortable flooring to the workers standing for a long time. They help them reduce the stress and fatigue.
- Certified and tested: These insulated rubber mats adhere to the OSHA and HSE safety regulations. They are tested rigorously to give the optimum performance.
