Duratuf Rubber Matting for Electrical Switch Room: An Overview

Duratuf electrical insulating rubber mats are electrically non-conductive and are used as Personal Protective Equipment. They are made of high-quality elastomer. Tested rigorously, the Duratuf rubber matting electrical switch room has a proven dielectric strength.

IS 15652 electrical mats

Our IS 15652 rubber mat for electrical panel room comes in Class A (3.3 kV), Class B (11 kV), and Class C (33 kV). The standard size of our 3.3 kV, 11 kV, and 33 kV insulation mat is 1 m x 10 m. The thickness of the mats is 2 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3 mm respectively.

IEC 61111:2009 electrical mats

The Duratuf IEC 61111: 2009 electrical rubber safety mat comes in 4 classes: IEC Class 0 (1 kV), IEC Class 1 (7.5 kV), IEC Class 2 (17 kV), IEC Class 3 (26.5 kV) and IEC Class 4 (36 kV). Whether you are getting a Duratuf electrical safety matting 1000 V (1 kV) or 36000 V (36 kV), you get quality-certified products. The weight of these mats ranges between 32 kg and 72 kg.

ASTM D178 electrical mats

Our ASTM D178 electrical mats also come in Class 0 to 4, offering the same voltage protection as the IEC 61111:2009 mats. Nevertheless, they are further classified into Type I and Type II grades.

  • Ex-Works: In the Ex-Works process, you can pick up your insulating mat shipment from our warehouses. We facilitate the arrangement of transportation of the consumers from our facility.
  • FOB (Free on Board): With the FOB method, we make arrangements for facilities to the destined port. The consumer takes responsibility for further shipment from that point. Generally, this method is viable for sea freight.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): Under this term, we make arrangements for transporting the rubber products to the specified and destination ports. We take care of the insurance costs until it is the destination port. The customer further takes responsibility for unloading and other transport costs that are beyond the destination port.

Since we have ready stocks in 7 warehouses across the world, Duratuf is known for on-time delivery. Typically, it takes 3-4 weeks for up to 300 sq. meters, 4-6 weeks for 300-700 sq. meters, and beyond that, it takes 6-8 weeks for electrical mats.
However, sometimes it might take a little longer due to unprecedented events or natural calamities.
